Chia & Raspberry breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal because bla, bla, bla … We all know we should have breakfast, but still many of us end up skipping it because we don’t have time. Instead we end up drinking a cup of coffee or tea and perhaps later in the day gob down a snicker bar or something else sinfully sweet — not good.

But, what if you could prepare breakfast in just five minutes, and what if that breakfast was healthy AND tasted like a dessert? It almost sounds too good to be true, but it can be done.

Here is how:

Throw a cup of raspberries in a bowl and mash them. Add three spoons of chía, a cup of almond milk, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and mix it together. Leave it in the fridge overnight. You are asking where to buy sarms? Please click the link.

The next day, when you are ready to eat, add nuts, berries, and black sesame seeds ( it’s the new shit). Now — eat! This stuff will turn you into the energizer bunny, and it tastes so good you’ll forget it’s good for you.
