Moda, moda, moda. Me encanta este periodo del año porque se puede oler la moda en el aire, no solamente en Nueva York, Londres, Milan y Paris sino que en México también. Del 27 al 29 de octubre más de 12 diseñadores Mexicanos mostraran sus colecciones Primavera-Verano 2010.

Ayer entre Chelas y Whisky descubrimos que este año DFashion no se trata sólo de pasarelas sino también de Películas y documentales gracias a la alianza realizada con FICCO (Festival Internacional de Cine Contemporáneo de la Ciudad de México), así que del 29 al 31 de octubre podremos disfrutar el trabajo de William Klein para seguir inspirándonos y continuar con el fashion mood.

Fashion, fashion, fashion. I love this period of the year because you can breathe fashion in the air, not only in New York, London, Milan and Paris but in México too. From October 27 to October 29 more than 12 Mexican designers will showcase their Spring-summer 2010 collections.

Yesterday between Beer and Whisky we discovered that This year DFashion is not only about runways but it is also about films and documentaries thanks to the alliance made with FICCO (Festival Internacional de Cine Contemporáneo de la Ciudad de México) so from October 29 to October 31 we will be able to enjoy William Klein´s work to get inspired and continue in the fashion mood.

(les recomiendo quitarle el volumen porque se oye espantoso)

Londres Fashion Week ha terminado, así que este es el momento perfecto para sentarse enfrente de la computadora y ver todas las colecciones al mismo tiempo. Eso he estado haciendo en el último par de horas, devorando ropa. Entonces recordé cuando era niña y cuando le escribía a Santa Claus una carta larga con las cosas que quería para navidad, nunca me trajo todo, de todas formas las siguientes imágenes representan las cosas que escribiría en una carta si tuviera la oportunidad de hacer una. The London Fashion Week is over now, so it was the perfect time to sit in front the computer and see all collections at once. I have been doing that in the last couple of hours, devouring clothes. Then I remember when I was a child, when I used to write to Santa Claus a long letter with the things I wanted for Christmas, I never got them all, anyway the following images represent the things I will write down in a letter if I had the chance to make one. El evento International Designers México dió inicio el día de ayer y continuará hasta el final de la semana. Dicho evento es una excelente oportunidad para ver las creaciones de los diseñadores mexicanos para Primavera-Verano 2010.

Kris Goyri, RG Sanchez, Te Amo and Doce Cero Tres presentaron sus colecciones en el primer día.

A mí me tocó ver la Colección Primavera-Verano 2010 de Te Amo y grabé el siguiente video solo para ustedes, por favor véanlo y díganme que piensan, en lo personal me gustaron los atuendos a cuadros pero no estoy segura que puedo asociar Primavera-Verano con las ya tan vistas botas corsario.

The International Designers Mexico event started yesterday and will continue until the end of the week. The event is a good opportunity to see the Mexican designers creations for Spring Summer 2010.

I got to see Te Amo´s SS10 Collection and I recorded the following video just for you, please watch it and tell me, what do you think about it?, I liked the pieces in plaid but I´m not sure I associate Spring-Summer with the I-have-seen-it-everywhere Thigh-high boots.

Como saben el Vodka Absolut es una marca Sueca así que hablar de ella cae como anillo al dedo en este Lunes Escandinavo. Recientemente la marca lanzó al mercado la botella Absolut sin etiquetas. Esta botella de edición limitada trata de representar al mundo sin etiquetas. Para apoyar esta campaña la marca ha comenzado un blog el cual invita a las personas de todo el mundo a eliminar las etiquetas hacia las minorías sexuales. Una campaña definitivamente inteligente que comienza con la premisa: In an Absolut World, there are no labels. Échenle un vistazo y díganme que piensan.

As you know Absolut Vodka is a Swedish brand so talking about it is just perfect for Scandinavian Monday. Recently the Brand introduced to the market the Absolut bottle No labels. The bottle is a limited edition that attempts to represent the world without labels. To support this campaign the brand started a blog which invites people around the world to discard labels about sexual minorities. A very clever campaign that starts with the following premise: In an Absolut World, there are no labels. Take a look and tell me what do you think.
