Mi obsesión actual por si no lo han notado es China. No sé cuando, como ni porque paso, solo recuerdo que el año pasado empecé a estudiar Mandarín. Mucha gente trato de desanimarme porque según ellos el idioma es muy difícil, y claro que lo es. Pero de cualquier forma decidí que quiero hablar perfecto Mandarín, tal vez me tomara años y años, pero nada que vale la pena se consigue fácil. [My current obsession if you haven´t notice is China. I don’t know when, how and why this happened, I just remember that last year I started to study mandarin. Many people tried to discourage me because according to them the language is very difficult, of course it is. But anyway I just decided that I wanted to speak perfectly mandarin, perhaps It will take me years and years, but nothing that is worth comes easy.]
Debido a esta obsesión recibí estas revistas. Las necesitaba para practicar mis habilidades de lectura las cuales en este momento son casi iguales a cero. El lado bueno del asunto es que no necesitas entender el idioma para disfrutar las imágenes, así que aquí algunos de mis descubrimientos de las mismas. [Due to this Mandarin obsession I got all these Chinese magazines. I needed them to practice my reading skills, which at the moment are almost equal to zero. The good point is that you don’t need to understand the language to enjoy the images right? So here some of the most interesting findings in the magazines.]
Primero, claro, esta foto de la Hello Kitty cámara, así que una vez más confirmamos la obsesión de los asiáticos con esta (algunas veces) irritante Gata. [First of course the picture of a Hello Kitty Camera, so one more time we can confirm the Asians obsession with this (sometimes) annoying Cat.]
Después esta página con instrucciones de cómo deshacerte del indeseable vello facial. Noté que les encanta dar instrucciones, muchas páginas muestran como lavar tu cara, como peinarte, maquillarte, pintarte las uñas, hasta como rasurarte la espalda! Qué raro, pero supongo muy útil. [Then this page with instructions to get away of the non-desire facial hair. I noticed they love to give instructions, there are a lot of pages that showed you how to wash your face, how to make your hair, makeup, nails, even how to shave your back! Weird but useful I guess.]
Ahora aquí unas imágenes de las tendencias. Primero había un especial acerca de las uñas y su decoración. Vean una de las paginas. [Now here some images about the trends. First there was a whole special about nails decoration. Take a look of one of the pages. ]
No estoy segura que me gustan, son, son… muy asiáticas! No puedo imaginarme mis uñas así, para mi creo que es exagerado! [I´m not sure I like them, they are, the are… very Asian! I cannot imagine my nails looking like this, for me is too much! ]

Después de esta tendencia un poco extrema veamos algo más universal. Me encantó toda la ropa de esta página, definitivamente me gusta el look inspirado en África. Mi favorito es el vestido verde con el collar largo al final de la pagina. [After this extreme trend let’s see something more universal. I just loved all the garments in this page, I definitively like the African inspiration look. My favorite is the green dress with the long necklace at the bottom.]

Los accesorios son la clave para lograr ese look. Creo que esos collares no son difíciles de hacer y que las pulseras son fáciles de conseguir. Definitivamente voy a tratar de conseguirlos. Simplemente me encantan.

Hola Bere!!! pues me da mucho gusto que aprendas mandarín… tú echale muchas ganas… a mi tmb me encantan los idiomas yo hablo alemán y un poquitín de francés… alguna vez intenté el japonés pero la falta de tiempo me obligó a salirme pero me encantaaaaaan la escritura

En donde trabajaba antes una chava tuvo que ir a Japón y le pedí muchas revistas, claro que sólo me pudo dar 1
Pero bueno, estan increibles y las fotos son geniales, y sí, de ahi puedes sacar muchísimas cosas..
En las revistas japonesas estan un poco obsesionadas con tener más busto y eso de los ojos más grandes..XD

¡¡¡MANDARIN!!! qué curiooooso.. y qué cultura tan tan diferente a la nuestra verdad. Yo tengo unas ganas de pegarme un viajecito para allá.. sería como estar en otro muuundo.. eso sí, a meter dinero en una huchita.. porque un pastón seguro que sale. ¿Has viajado a China? Tiene que ser increible ¿no?
Asian fashion magazines are so much fun. Good for you for learning Mandarin! I think what makes reading and writing even more difficult is that there are traditional and simplified characters. I notice the title of your post is simplified, whereas some of the magazines you bought use traditional characters. Do you ever get confused by that?
:s yes, i just asked my teacher and she told me they use traditional characters in Taiwan! toing! my magazines are from there, buuuu.
I least i can look at the picts! and getting used to see all those beautiful characters.
Que difícil! pero muuy necesario, ahora que los chinos son prácticamente los dueños del mundo hahaha. Ya nos dijo un maestro: ahora en vez del inglés será el mandarín el idioma a aprender.

Sabes, yo tambien estuve un tiempo pensando en ponerme a estudiar mandarin, pero al final la gente me desanimo con eso de que es muy muy dificil. Ahora me arrepiento de no haberme puesto a ello, asi que cualquier dia me da y empiezo. Me alegro que tu estes con ello y nadie consiguiera cambiar tus ideas.
Las uñas me han llegado… tienes razon son muy muy asiaticas… jejeje
